Good Aquafficient, Survey Experience

I had a free heating survey done for the Aquafficient instant water heater. The surveyor was very thorough and explained everything clearly, including the installation process and running costs. It took about an hour. The unit itself arrived about a week after I placed the order, which was pretty standard. Installation went smoothly too. The Aquafficient has been running for a few weeks now and it's doing its job, providing hot water quickly for showers and dishes. It replaced an old, bulky water heater and freed up some space. I did have a question about the wireless thermostat settings a few days after installation, and customer support was helpful, walked me through it. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish.

I looked at both, and for me, the Fischer ones felt a bit more robust and I liked the clay core concept better for heat retention. Price-wise they were similar after the quotes.

Had Rointe before and switched to Fischer for a new extension. The Fischer radiators feel more consistent with their heat. Rointe was good, but these seem to hold the warmth longer without feeling 'on' as much, if that makes sense.

Nah, don't think I've ever seen a public code. It's usually about the package deal they offer during the survey, or trade-in offers.

From my experience, the discounts are mostly in-person. Like, if you have old heaters to trade in, they give you money off, or if you're getting a whole house done. I wouldn't hold out for a coupon code you can just type in online.

I can only compare to my previous electric panel heaters, and yeah, these are way more efficient. They hold heat for ages so you're not constantly drawing power. Worth it if you're upgrading from something older.
